Okay, if you don't know, I'm the one who created Fat Cat the magazine. Oh Mah Gosh!

So... I wanted to make a GIF about Fat Cat but I didn't know where I can created the GIF. 

But today in the morning I hadn't internet, so I was checking programs and one of them was PhotoScape. I entered in PhotoScape and I saw that you can do a GIF! Oh Yeah! 

And: that was my story about Fat Cat's GIF creation.
